Hi, faithful readers!
I'm posting this from my "i-Phone". No, not the Apple product whose name bears SOMEWHAT of a resemblance; "i-Phone" is short for "idiot Phone", and for the last time, this thing is free and clear from any kind of so-called "trademark dilution" liability, due to its unmistakable HYPHEN, which is CLEARLY ABSENT from that other product's branding... so, for crying out loud, cease and desist with the "cease and desist" letters, lawyer-dudes!
